Initialization

initialize_population draws the bounded deterministic enumeration into a Population; it does not sample random trees. Candidate order derives from canonical expression fingerprints and deterministic terminal ordering.

Population diversity is therefore bounded by grammar and configuration, not a stochastic initialization distribution.
